Meal plannning on the Metabolic Weight Loss Programme

Meal plannning on the Metabolic Weight Loss Programme with breakfast of low fat Greek yoghurt with cinnamon to be eaten with blackberries and strawberries. Lunch was salmon with salad and I think the half avocado might be a snack or to go with lunch – I fail to recall exactly.
